The two rotors are mounted on two shafts and rotate in opposite directions. On the intake side, the spinning creates vacuum volume. The liquid is drawn into the pump head, where it circulates in the chamber between the rotor and the pump head casing before being forced out the outlet side. All sections of the pump that come into touch with the materials being moved are constructed of stainless steel and exceed sanitation requirements. Cleaning is simple.
